All the topologically distinct solutions of the Weber-Davis model for
magnetized astrophysical flows are presented. This paper concentrates on
the solutions which allow self-consistent magnetohydrodynamic shocks in
the conical accretion and' wind flows around a compact magnetic star.
Examples of such shocks are provided.
