We used data from the High Resolution Camera on the Chandra X-ray Observatory to measure the proper motion of the Central Compact Object (CCO) in Cassiopeia A over a baseline of 10 years. Our measurement indicates that the CCO is moving at 450 +/- 200 km/s in the south-southeast direction. This motion is completely consistent with the inferred proper motion based on the offset of the CCO from the center of expansion of the optical ejecta. We will discuss how this motion relates to the other features in Cas A, such as the jets, the Fe-rich ejecta to the north and southeast, and gaps in the outer optical knot distribution.
