Developing a hybrid simulator FIRST, we perform three-dimensional high-resolution simulations on the first objects in the universe. As a result, we find that dark matter cusps can reduce the mass of first collapsed objects to a level of 103 Msolar in baryon. It is by more than one order of magnitude smaller than previous simulations. Hence, much more Pop III stars are expected at high redshifts than the previous prediction. Then, the reionization by Pop III Stars could be concordant with WMAP results, even if the escape fraction is a few %. Also, using SWIFT data, we search for candidates of microlensed high-z GRBs. It is found that GRB 090904A might be an ancient GRB. Furthermore, we estimate the damping of CMB by TeV-γ photons emitted from high-z GRBs.
