Chandra observations have been able to measure X-rays scattered by interstellar dust at angles from 3-1000 arcseconds. I will review results from the past decade that have shown that the dust is less porous than some thought and surprisingly smoothly distributed. However, no modern dust model fits all of the data, and some of the most popular models fit particularly poorly. I will also show new results from a number of sources which combine HRC and ACIS data to measure the halo over the broadest possible range, allowing precise measurements of the total dust mass and size distribution. This work has been funded by NASA Grant #NNX10AD10G.
