The distribution of flowlike details ('volcanic flows') on the Venus surface was investigated on the basis of Venera-15, 16 radar data. The areal distribution of these details appears to be nonuniform and to be clustered with a characteristic cluster size of about 1000 km. The alternative hypothesis is that the flowlike details are concentrated in the northern hemisphere in the 210-300-deg longitude region.
