Theoretical photon spectra are derived for (1) inverse Compton scattering of isotropic bremsstrahlung and black-body background radiation by a relativistic electron beam, and (2) proton-proton interactions via pi0 decay for a relativistic proton beam. The physical basis for the calculations is explained, and numerical results for various values of the beam Lorentz factors are presented graphically.
