We present results for Ly-alpha forest from 7km/s resolution data from HST+STIS for 3C 273 (z=0.158), and use complementary re-processed FUSE data to constrain higher order Lyman lines. The main sample has 38 Ly-alpha absorbers at 4.0 sigma significance with column density logNHI>12.5 over 0.020
