In the first paper in this series the stars listed as Field Horizontal-Branch Stars in the SIMBAD data base were discussed. It was found that about half of these stars were misidentifed on the SIMBAD identity charts. In this paper two sets of standards are discussed. The first set is a group of 64 Crawford and Barnes (1970) four color standards that were observed in my four color program. The 64 stars were measured 1879 times in Crawford and Barnes and 2102 times in my program. The rms errors in (b-y), c1 and m1 are ±0.0068, ±0.0095, ±0.0085 for Crawford and Barnes and ±0.0063, ±0.0101, ±0.0091 for my data. When the two sets of data are compared the rms differences are ±0.0032, ±0.0064, ±0.0066. The conclusion is that the present four color photometry is on the standard system of Crawford and Barnes. The second set of standards are 21 FHB stars of V magnitudes 7.0 to 13.5 that were set up as standards in my program. The Crawford and Barnes standards are much brighter (averaging V = 4) and were too bright to be observed when I was measuring stars down to V = 14. These secondary standards were measured an average of 57 times each. The mean square errors in (b-y), c1 and m1 are ±0.010, 0.022 and 0.021 respectively and probable errors are ±0.0073, ±0.0147, ±0.0141.
