A method of computing the effects of planetary perturbations on the moon's motion is presented. An algorithm is formulated based upon the Lie transform method, implemented by Henrard's semianalytical lunar ephemeris as the solution of the main problem and Bretagnon's planetary theory. The solution accuracy is expected to be about 0.001 arcsec for periods up to 2000 yr. The results confirm Chapron's data (1976) showing that the phase of all odd terms in D is shifted by 180 deg, which can cause errors in longitude of 400 m.
