The radiation field in the outer layers of a homogeneous sphere of large optical radius is investigated in the case of anisotropic scattering. Asymptotic expressions for Green's functions for the sphere with radial distributions of light sources and in particular with a point source in the sphere center are obtained. Corresponding formulae for the intensities of radiation are found.
