In 1985 and 1986, the Earth and the Sun will be in the equatorial plane of Jupiter, so that mutual phenomena (occultations and eclipses) will occur between the Galilean Satellites. The present paper gives the calculated dates, the durations and the magnitudes of each observable phenomenon for three different ephemerides of the Galilean Satellites. The instrumental possibilities of observations are given and the significance of those observations is explained.
