The intermediate orbit of a satellite is examined in the framework of the generalized problem of two fixed centers. The intermediate orbit takes into account the influence of second and third zonal harmonics in the expansion of planetary gravitational potential. A computer program is developed for calculating the intermediate orbit with any given accuracy relative to planetary oblateness. Accuracy up to fourth order relative to planetary oblateness is obtained.
