Data on the distribution of the galaxies can be interpreted without recognizing the existence of superclusters or multiclusters. Various distortions of the data are discussed including sharp peaks in the distributions of m(10) values for Abell clusters. The mean square difference of the radial velocities of neighboring clusters of the same distance class are considered in relation to widely separated clusters of the same distance class. Estimates of xi suggest that isolated pairs and triplets of clusters have a random origin and the use of number densities of very distant clusters of galaxies as indicators of the amount of light absorption is investigated.
