In 1967-73 and in 1986-95, two sets of international cooperative programs were initiated by the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory for study of the UV Cet-type flare stars. The first set was dedicated to photometric observations, the second one was concerned the researches supported by the photometric patrol. We list the participants of the programs and the main scientific results both based on collected data and stimulated by them.
