The spectroscopic analyses of two A-type stars, Pi Dra (A2 III) and 68 Tau (A2 IV), were carried out using high-dispersion spectrograms obtained in the blue spectral region. The adopted parameters (Teff, log g, and xi t) for Pi Dra and 68 Tau were (9000 K, 3.5, and 4.0 km/s) and (9000 K, 3.7, and 3.5 km/s), respectively. Both Ca and Sc are underabundant in 68 Tau, while being normal in Pi Dra. Both stars show the overabundances of heavy metals such as Sr, Y, and Ba, which are characteristic of metallic-lined (Am) stars. Pi Dra was found to be a bright, but previously neglected, Am star.
