The analytical expressions for the space and temporal interplanetary scintillation spectra of a radiosource with finite angular size are obtained. A qualitative analysis has shown that the extension of the interplanetary medium and velocity dispersion on the line of sight is essential for the investigation of the temporal interplanetary scintillation spectra.
