Measurements of proper motions on three pairs of plates differing in epoch by 20-30 yr show that, to within the errors, the parallactic motion of the reference stars relative to eight galaxies and to the radio object ON 325 is identical. Thus ON 325 is evidently extragalactic. The equatorial coordinates and photographic magnitude are estimated for this object and for ON 231, which occurs at the edge of the plates.
