The effect of a strong quantizing magnetic field on the dissociation of iron nuclei at high temperatures is investigated, and the chemical potentials of nondegenerate nuclei and neutrons in the presence of a quantizing magnetic field are calculated. The effect of the strong quantizing magnetic field is reducible to the intensification of the iron-nuclei photodissociation, stimulating the star's collapse.
