The equilibrium equations of rotating axially symmetric infinitely thin
disks with self-gravitation and a two-dimensional polytropic pressure
are studied. The structure of nonrotating polytropic disks is
calculated. It is shown that the structure of these disks behaves
similarly to that of corresponding spheres.
