The theoretical background and method of observation in a search over a period of three years for incipient supernova bursts at 10 MHz are described. Observations of the Perseus Cluster and Coma Cluster were carried out at five stations. No supernova pulses were detected. Two supernovae were optically detected in the Perseus Cluster, and an upper limit on the possible microwave pulse energy at onset was calculated at 8 times 10 to the 43rd power erg. Possible means of increasing sensitivity at 10 GHz are discussed.
