The problem of particle creation near a singularity and the inverse effect of the particles on the metric in the homogeneous vortex model considered by Lukash (1974) is solved. A complete picture of evolution of the vortex model is developed by taking into account matter production. It is shown that particle production near a singularity at t greater than about t(pl) results in a strong decrease of the primeval vortex velocity of matter which is found to be insufficient for the vortex theory of origin of galaxy rotation and does not result in a decrease (compensation) of the total angular momentum of matter by the angular momentum of the created free particles (gravitons), the graviton momentum oscillating with an increasing amplitude. Restrictions on the parameters of the vortex model are presented which follow from observations of the chemical composition of prestellar matter and the isotropic relic background.
