The synchotron spectrum for radiation generated in a nonuniform magnetic field is analyzed. It is shown that in this case, the low-energy spectrum is flattened by a half-power law and the specific shape of the low-energy cutoff depends on the geometry of the magnetic inhomogeneities as well as their size dispersion. The analysis is applied to obtain a reasonable set of parameters that can reproduce the gross features of the integral spectrum of the Crab Nebula. The results indicate that an injection spectrum of electrons with a power-law index of 2.6 is acceptable for a reasonable fit to the nebula's spectrum.
