The construction of a new facility for EAS detection has been completed on the slope of the Andyrchi mountain above the underground Baksan scintillation telescope. The new array will allow accurate determinations of the energy of EAS, whose muons are detected by the telescope. It will also make it possible to search for local sources of gamma radiation.
