Observations of the clusters of galaxies 0016 + 16, Abell 665, and Abell 2218 obtained at 20.3 GHz using a 400-MHz-bandwidth tunable K-band maser receiver with overall noise temperature about 40 K on the 40-m telescope of the Owens Valley Radio Observatory during the period December 21, 1983 - January 3, 1984, are reported. The data are presented in tables and shown to provide strong evidence for the effect predicted by Sunyaev and Zeldovich (1972). The central microwave-background-temperature decrements (assuming zero residual systematic offset signal) are found to be -1.402 mK, -694 microK, and -700 microK, respectively.
