The general kinetic behavior of a charged particle in the space of three celestial bodies' electromagnetic fields is studied. The equilibrium configurations of the dynamical system are given with all the variational equations and integrals. A procedure for locating the planar and the 3D equilibrium points is developed. The number of the points under the effect of magnetic field variation is given, and their coordinates and energy are listed.
