An analysis is presented of the observational properties of the asymptotic model of the first kind (the so-called A1 model) corresponding to the maximum of the N-lambda dependence, where N is the conformal time of the existence of the universe, and lambda is the ratio of the cosmological constant to its Einstein's value. For the matter-dominated models, the maximum is achieved at the point lambda = 1. Formulas for calculating the age of the universe and for calculating the photometric distance in the A1 model are derived.
