It is shown that there exist two classes of supersymmetric four dimensional field theories which are finite to all orders of perturbation theory. One class consists of N=2 supersymmetric Yang-Mills coupled to N=2 super-matter for which the representation content of the matter fields must be chosen so as to give vanishing contribution to the one loop beta-function. An explicit calculation verifying this result to two loops is given. The other class is generated by adding specific combinations of mass terms as well as terms cubic in the scalar and pseudo-scalar fields to the N=4 supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory.
