Nonlinear mechanisms of generation of radiation of a pulsar plasma are considered with allowance for the electron-positron structure of the plasma. The rate of growth of the radiation energy is estimated under the condition that the cyclotron frequency does not exceed the plasma frequency. Such a condition can be realized near the light cylinder. The considered mechanisms lead to radio and infrared radiation of young pulsars and radio radiation of old pulsars.
