Taking advantage of the closed form recently obtained for the probability generating function of galaxy counts in a volume V that was introduced by White, the author deduces the behaviour of the high order correlation functions by comparing his results to the observed probability of holes determined by Sharp. These data are consistent with the reduced N-point correlation function being a symmetrized sum of all possible products of N-1 two-body correlation functions, normalized by a factor λN-1/Nν with λ ≈ 2ν and ν ≈ 1.
