We present deep multi-wavelength images of the highly ionized blue Magellanic Irregular galaxy NGC 4214. Both wide band (U,V,R,I) and narrow band (H-alpha and O III) images were obtained with the Wide Field Planetary Camera 2 (WFPC2) on the Hubble Space Telescope (HST). The combination of HST's angular resolution and the proximity of NGC4214 permit resolution of numerous luminous stars and ionized gas structures in the interstellar medium. These observations were obtained as part of a continuing program to study star formation in local dwarf galaxies. The narrow band images, together with multi-color stellar photometry clearly show at least three distinct, spatially separated, epochs of star formation. Color-magnitude diagrams of the different regions in this galaxy will be discussed.
