Our Eq. (7) was misquoted from Warner (1995). The correct formula is R_1/Rsun = 0.016 (1 - M_1/MCh)^{3/5} which yields R_1 = 0.0073(19) Rsun. Within the errors this gives the same result as Eq. (8), and is thus in perfect agreement with Fig. 1 of Hamada & Salpeter (1961). We are grateful to Brian Warner for pointing out the mistake.
