Full Stokes parameters (IQUV) were obtained from a filament at the He I 10830 Angstroms wavelength. These observations provide information on the vector magnetic field configuration of the filaments, which, up-to-date, were mostly infered from indirect observations like the photospheric magnetograms and Hα images. We will present the instrumentation, as well as the magnetic field configuration of the filament derived from these data, and discuss their implications to filament models.
