The structure of a thick, perfect fluid disk of constant density rotating around a Schwarzschild black hole is considered, along with its stability under axisymmetric perturbation. The inner edge of this type of disk cannot lie within 4m. The critical gammac for neutral stability is found to be significantly less than 4/3, suggesting that the disks are generally stable.
