We have normalized H3, the third-order part of the
Hamiltonian, of our problem by Birkhoff's normalization process. We
conclude that all odd-order Hamiltonian's will be zero. Our problem is
generalized in the sense that the effects of perturbations in coriolis
and centrifugal forces have been taken into consideration.
