M51 and NGC 4258 are examples of a LINER and a Seyfert galaxy wherein the the axis of the central engine, as defined by the radio jets, is misaligned by approximately 90 degrees with respect to the rotation axis of the galaxy. Because of the misalignment, the jets interact strongly with the ISM in the disk. We present WFPC2 narrowband H-alpha and [OIII] images that show in detail how the jets interact with dense clouds near the nuclei.
