Multi-thousand (or even multi-million) dollar Education and Public Outreach (E/PO) efforts have increased science knowledge and awareness within the public school system and amongst the general public. In addition to such large scale outreach programs, there is a niche to be filled by low budget, widespread outreach efforts like the one we suggest here. We propose a low budget (approx. \$1000/yr) Public Outreach effort which utilizes the strong network of amateur astronomy clubs that exist in most areas. Through cooperation with local contacts, this public outreach effort works at the community level, and involves the delivery of scientifically interesting and visually engaging public lectures by solar research scientists to underserved regions in their home state.
