The ionization equilibrium equation for atomic hydrogen in strong magnetic fields of 10 to the 12th - 10 to the 13th G is discussed. The dependence of the equilibrium constant on the magnitude of the magnetic field and the temperature in the range of T less than or about 1 million K is obtained. The influence of the magnetic field on the degree of ionization in different temperature ranges is discussed.
