Main-sequence photometry of the globular cluster NGC 362 is presented. The intrinsic width of the main sequence is somewhat less than + or - 0.010 mag in B-V, consistent with a very homogeneous chemical composition for the cluster main-sequence stars. There are no blue straggler candidates in the observational fields, and the distribution of stellar colors about the main sequence indicates at most a small fraction of binary systems on the main sequence. The best match to the isochrones of VandenBerg and Bell (1985) is for the case (M/H) = -1.0, a helium mass fraction between 0.26 and 0.30, and an age of approximately 14 Gyr.
