A joint spectral analysis of cyclic variations of the total solar radiation flux and magnetic field is presented. In the period range from 2-10 days, the solar-constant and magnetic-field spectra are determined not only by harmonics of the solar rotation, but also by the structure of active regions and the lifetime and variation time scales for magnetic fields on various scales. Up to a period of nine days, all harmonics have a rotational nature. Beginning from a period of seven days, the spectra are determined by variations of the solar activity.
