Measurements of precipitable water vapor at Mount Laguna Observatory are presented and discussed. A total of 243 measurements were made from March 1983 through December 1985. The method, using a filter-wheel radiometer in conjunction with spectrographic calibration, is described. The mean value of precipitable water vapor on photometric days was 5.2 mm. The data also show the familiar seasonal variation with a maximum in August.
