Scientific paper

Consideration is given to local magnetic structures on the sun, e.g., active regions, ephemeral regions, and magnetic nodes. It is shown that data on the mean parameters and the number of these structures do not contradict the hypothesis that the entire combination of these structures is described, in a rough approximation, by a single power spectrum.
