Dipole and quadrupole anisotropy of the temperature of microwave background radiation are calculated for a model of the Universe with Ω = 1 and flat spectrum of growing mode of scalar perturbations. If dipole anisotropy ΔT/T is produced by large-scale (≡100 h-1Mpc) inhomogeneities of dark matter distribution, then the estimated value of the quadrupole anisotropy is (ΔT/T)q = 1.2×10-5.
