The expansion is discussed of the radio variable structures of the
quasars 3C 273 and 3C 279 at speeds from 4 to 10 C. The hyperlight
speeds of quasi-hyphen sources, and the hyperlight expansion of real
sources are analyzed, and a theoretical model of radio variability is
described.
