We summarize general properties of the Kerr-de Sitter geometry, i.e., Kerr geometry in the presence of a repulsive cosmological constant. An interesting difference between Kerr geometry and Kerr-de Sitter geometry has been found -- namely, the condition of free fall (vanishing 4-acceleration) is satisfied for stationary observers located on the axis of symmetry above the horizon.
