Analysis of data on cosmic-ray fluxes recorded by the gamma-telescope with acoustic scintillation chambers aboard the Kosmos 561 satellite is carried out. The satellite was oriented in space such that the telescope axis was always directed towards the zenith. As the satellite moved from north to south, the Galactic equator came into view of the telescope. Area viewed by telescope was divided into 8 regions, and data on fluxes of gamma-quanta with energy greater than 100 MeV for each region were statistically analyzed. The region including the central region of the Galaxy revealed an excess in counting rate compared with the other regions. Data on some discrete sources were also recorded.
