Interferometric synthesis of the continuum emission at 11-cm wavelength has been performed for several galactic H II regions which lie near sources of O H and H2O emission. The spatial resolution is between 4.9 and 17.2 sec in the narrowest direction. Fine structure with scales sizes of order 0.1 pc are observed in some cases, where intermediate (about 3 pc) or no small structure is found in others. The relationship of the continuum structure to the distribution of molecules such as CO, CS, and HCN, to the positions of OH and H2O emission, and to preliminary maps in the infrared is discussed. A qualitative picture which is consistent with these relationships is developed.
