The success of using binary pulsars for precision strong-field tests of gravity has been demonstrated since the discovery of the Hulse-Taylor pulsar. Since then, additional binary pulsars have been discovered, allowing us to test different aspects of theories of gravity. Currently, the best tests of general relativity in the strong-field regime are obtained from observations of the Double Pulsar, a unique system where two active radio pulsars orbit each other in less than 145min. This system does not only provide the best test of generl relativity in strong fields to date, but also provides additional and unprecedented experimental constraints in the study of gravitational theories. We review the basic concepts and the current results achieved with the Double Pulsar.
