Brightness distribution models are fitted to the fringe amplitudes of radio sources observed with the Texas interferometer. The instrument consists of eight two-element interferometers operating at 365 MHz, and is sensitive to angular structure in the range from 10 to 70 arcsec. Nine hundred and eighty-six objects were observed; information on angular size is presented for 654 objects; comparison is made on 101 cases for which equivalent or superior brightness distribution information is available in the literature. The stability of the model parameters with respect to errors in the total flux density is examined, as well as various selection effects.
