We report the possible detection of radio emission of the type II supernova 2008bo (CBET 1324, 1325) with the Very Large Array (VLA) radio telescope. The measured position of the radio emission of R.A. = 18h19m54.s30, Decl. = +741o348'21".1, (equinox 2000.0) is in good agreement with the measured optical position of (ending digits) R.A. = 54.s34, Decl. = 20".9 (CBET 1324). A flux density of 0.230 +/- 0.066 mJy was measured at 22.46 GHz (wavelength 1.3 cm) and 0.447 +/- 0.047 mJy at 8.46 GHz (wavelength 3.5 cm) on April 05.57 UT.
