Detailed non-LTE analyses of neutral nitrogen (N I) lines in the near-IR region were carried out for two supergiant stars, Alpha Cyg (A2 Ia) and Beta Ori (B8 Ia), using a realistic atomic model. The N I lines in these supergiants show significant non-LTE effects. A definite overabundance of N by 0.6 dex relative to the sun is found in Alpha Cyg. The abundance of N found in Beta Ori does not show any marked difference from the solar abundance, though it is higher by 0.5 dex than that found in the Orion Nebula. These enhancements in abundances of N may suggest that the CN-cycled material has been mixed to the surfaces of these stars during the course of their past evolution.
